Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted by artisans. Each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, and design. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics that make each piece special.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout
- Additional taxes, customs, or duties may apply for international orders
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You must provide valid payment information
- Payment is charged at the time of order placement
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
- We do not store your credit card information
Order Modifications and Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Times
- Domestic (Nepal): 3-5 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
- Processing time: 1-2 business days before shipment
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped, but we will assist with carrier claims.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. You are responsible for these additional charges.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective items)
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
Refund Process
- Contact us to initiate a return
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors or defects)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
